Warranty Period
Your Haninula product is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, as documented by the shipping carrier.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise from the normal and intended use of the product during the one-year warranty period.
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover (Warranty Exclusions)
This is a limited warranty and DOES NOT COVER:

DAMAGE OR DEFECTS resulting from causes unrelated to material or workmanship issues, such as cosmetic blemishes, normal wear and tear, or environmental factors.
Haninula unequivocally reserves the right to reject any warranty claim found to be attributable to the misuse, mishandling, improper installation, or ill-treatment of the product.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your Haninula product has a defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

Warranty Resolution & Replacement Availability
If Haninula determines that a defect in material or workmanship exists and is covered by this warranty, Haninula will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective product, replace the defective product, or offer another resolution deemed appropriate.
Replacement Availability: We prioritize addressing all approved warranty claims. However, the fulfillment of replacement requests is strictly subject to product availability. Haninula offers no guarantee that a replacement part or product will be in stock at the time of your claim. We will communicate estimated timelines or discuss alternative solutions if a replacement is unavailable or significantly delayed.
Handling of Goods Damaged in Transit
While we take great care in packaging our products, damage can occasionally occur during shipping. This situation is handled separately from warranty claims for manufacturing defects.

Consequence of Non-Compliance: Failure to report transit damage with all required evidence within this strict 48-hour timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any claim with the shipping carrier. Consequently, Haninula will not accept liability for such damages and cannot provide a replacement or refund for items damaged in transit if they are not reported correctly and on time.
Limitation of Liability
It is explicitly stated and agreed by you, the customer, that Haninula bears no responsibility for the reimbursement of any labor costs, project delays, installation fees, or other incidental or consequential damages that may arise from the receipt, use, or inability to use a defective or damaged product. Any risks associated with such potential costs are borne entirely by the customer.
Final Authority & Customer Agreement
All decisions made by Haninula regarding warranty claims—including the determination of a defect's cause, eligibility for coverage, and the method of resolution—are final and binding. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth in this Warranty Policy.
