1. How to Start a Return
We offer two easy ways to initiate a return:

Select the order and click “Request Return”

Fill out the return form and upload clear photos (if applicable)

Option 2: Guest Checkout
If you didn’t create an account, simply email us at support@haninula.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following:

Return window: Request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item

Condition: Item must be unused, in like-new condition

Packaging: Original box, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included

Proof: Include photos or videos to confirm the item’s condition
Returns that don’t meet these requirements may be declined or issued as a partial refund.
3. Important Return Notes

Changed your mind? No problem! Returns are accepted for any reason within the 60-day window, as long as the item meets return conditions

Shipping delays: Refunds are not issued for minor shipping delays. If a delay significantly exceeds our guaranteed window, please refer to our Shipping Policy

Return shipping costs (U.S. only): If we provide a return label, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your total refund

Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged or defective
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Digital products (eBooks, software, downloadable items)

Gift cards

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.

6. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

We cannot guarantee quality, support, or refunds for purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers (e.g., eBay, unverified Amazon vendors).
